We  counsel  small  employers  and  nonprofits  on  day-to-day  labor  and  employment  matters.  We  focus  on  keeping  employers  union-free,  as  well  as  to  work  on  human  resource  issues.  A  significant  part  of  our  practice  is  with  the  representation  of  executives,  and  others,  negotiating  their  employment  agreements,  dealing  with  their  employment  disputes  and  negotiating  termination terms,  releases  and/or  severance  agreements.  


On  a  case-by-case  basis,  we  take  employee  cases  against  their  employers.  Many  times  this  representation  is  counseling  on how  to  take  the  case  through  the  administration  process  without  an  attorney.  


Finally,  Reid  Meyers  is  a  certified  mediator  and  has  mediated  complex  corporate  matters  and  employment  disputes.
